U-POL 720 Barcoat Primer 1 Litre. A single pack quick drying yellow oxide isolator, the product prevents the lifting and bleeding of existing paint film sensitive to solvent attack. It is supplied ready for use and can be overcoated with a suitable primer in 1 hour. It is supplied by  U-POL paints in 1 litre tins and is normally applied through a spray gun.
