Rover Tahiti Blue Cellulose Gloss Paint. This is a cellulose paint and will therefore require thinning 1:1 with cellulose thinners, this will then give you 2 Litres of paint. Rover Tahiti Blue cellulose paint dries glossy. It will not need to be lacquered over the top. Supplied in 1L Tin. Paint code for this paint is JMP.
