HB Body 497 Clear Coat Lacquer 5L with HB Body 722 Fast Activator in 2.5L. Made by H.B. Body, this high quality, high solids lacquer 497 will provide enough material to fully respray a large sized car or small van. Mixed 2:1 with activator 722 (included in this kit) + 10% 2K thinners.  Spray using a 1.3 - 1.5mm nozzle at between 3-4 bar (45-60 PSi) or HVLP a 1.2mm nozzle at 2 bar (30PSi). A 10min flash off time in 23ºC and 10-16h at 23ºC or 20-30 min at 60ºC. A great finish is easily achieved, and maintained with this high gloss durable lacquer.
