We know how important it is for you to receive your goods promptly and efficiently and this is why we aim to dispatch all orders either same day or next working day. All orders to the UK are sent by City Link the UK's leading Premium Express Delivery Company or by 1st Class Royal Mail (dependent on size). Once the courier has collected your order from us you should receive it next working day, (note couriers do not deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays) for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands or Offshore Islands it takes approximately 2-3 working days.

Please note that we are unable to ship flammable goods to these destinations and all other destinations around the World.

If you fail to select the correct delivery area then we have the right to charge an additional amount for the correct delivery area.

2 attempts at delivery will be made. If the order has to be returned to us due to a failed delivery then a further delivery fee applies. Please make sure all boxes are there before signing. Undeliverable Orders
Orders that have been correctly dispatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer and which are subsequently returned to us, as undeliverable, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the goods and not the shipping costs. The customer is also required to make any further payment for re-shipment should this be required.
Cancellation of Orders
If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days or receipt. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must email us at autopaintsbrighton@btconnect.com or write to us and return the products to Autopaints Brighton Ltd, 93 Westbourne Street, Hove. BN3 5FA. All items returned must be unused and in the original packaging and in saleable condition. The exception to this rule is paint made especially from a colour code or matched to a sample. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service.
Faulty Products
We do our best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, if in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. All original goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
